All sales are final and must be paid in full at time of service or purchase.

Payment Types: Cash and major credit cards (American Express, VISA, Mastercard, and Discover) are accepted. Checks are not accepted. Cash is only accepted in store, not for online purchases.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15-minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to consider you a no-show. Jorenzi Lashes and Beauty is not held responsible for late arrivals. Due to the nature of our business, we do not rush services or purposely run the next client late. In the event of a late arrival, you may reschedule all or part of your appointment, depending on the service type.

Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time will result in a 50% charge of service. No call/No show appointments are subject to a 100% charge of the scheduled service.

Account Balance: In the event the card on file is not accepted for late cancelled or no shown appointments, then an account balance will occur. We require that all clients pay their account balance to zero (0) prior to receiving further services.

Appointment Guarantee: If we at Jorenzi Lashes and Beauty do not offer scheduled clients 24 hours’ notice prior to necessary cancellations or rescheduling of services, we will credit the client’s account with the amount of the appointment which may be used towards future services of products. Exemption: Natural disasters and other Acts of God may be excluded from this guarantee.

Appointment Confirmations: All appointments are considered confirmed at the time of scheduling the appointment. Jorenzi Lashes and Beauty will send a courtesy text message and email confirmation of all scheduled services. You may choose to opt out of confirmation text messages or email notifications.

Consultations and Paperwork: Consultations are complimentary and essential in our cycle of service. Reviewing client paperwork allows us to provide safe, high-quality, and custom-tailored services. Consultations and paperwork will not be skipped or rushed under any circumstance.

Children and Pets: For your safety, relaxation, and the courtesy of other clients, children under the age of 18 are not permitted unless receiving a scheduled service. All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian throughout the duration of the scheduled service. Pets are not permitted by state law. If children or pets are present, the appointment will be cancelled, rescheduled, and subject to a cancellation fee up to 100% of the scheduled service cost. Exemption: Animals trained expressly for assistance under the Americans with Disability Act to confirm with the State of Texas regulations.
